Part 1 - The Low Anthem

Two acts I'm really hoping to go see at the Open House Festival are coming up.
Today is the day for The Low Anthem.

The Low Anthem are a folk quartet (up until recently, a trio) from Providence, Rhode Island, United States. They formed in 2003 and consist of multi-instrumentalists Ben Miller, Jeff Prystowsky, Jocie Adams and Mat Davidson, 'Smart Flesh', their 3rd album (self-produced by the band, mixed largely by Mike Mogis (Bright Eyes, Monsters of Folk), and mastered by Bob Ludwig) was released back in February, combining folk with blues, hymnals, barn-stompers and whispered meditations.
